By downloading or using the MedSpace app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Use of the App
MedSpace is a platform that connects pre-medical students with current medical school students for tutoring, advising, and guidance. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Tutor Accounts
Tutors must sign up with a valid .edu email address from an accredited medical school. By creating a tutor account, you represent that you are currently enrolled at the medical school you list on your profile.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Provide false or misleading information on your profile
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use the app to send spam or unsolicited messages
No Guarantee of Results
MedSpace provides a platform to connect students with mentors. We do not guarantee any specific academic outcomes, MCAT scores, or medical school admissions results.
Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant MedSpace a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are harmful to other users or the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
